πŸ•’ Scheduling & Cancellations
All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be partially refund and or charged in full (at the discretion of instructor) If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is late, you will receive a full lesson or reschedule at no extra cost. Under circumstances that the instructor must cancel lesson, the student will be given option for refund and or reschedule the lesson, at the convinience of the student.

πŸ’³ Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking. Lessons will not be held without confirmed payment. Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, or Square (through website). No refunds will be given for missed lessons, but rescheduling is available with appropriate notice.

πŸŽ“ Student Expectations
Please arrive on time, prepared, and with any assigned materials or music. For online lessons, ensure your internet connection, camera, and microphone are functioning properly. Students (or parents/guardians for minors) are encouraged to communicate goals and concerns openly to support progress.

A free 15-minute trial lesson is available for new students.

πŸ“ In-Person Lessons
In-person lessons are available on a limited basis in San Francisco. Students are expected to follow health and safety protocols during in-person sessions.

All communications regarding scheduling, lesson materials, or general questions should be made via email or the booking platform. Text or phone communication may be used for time-sensitive matters (within reasonable hours).

Due to the nature of our products (educational materials, vocal tools, sheet music, etc.), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.

  • Sheet music, books, and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Items used for vocal hygiene or training (e.g., Sound Straws) cannot be returned once opened.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
